About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early careers professional with an interest in data, mathematics, and media to join our team as a Programmatic Trading Specialist. You will be supported and mentored by our senior traders to help drive our growing media activation, data, and analytics business lines.

As a Programmatic Trading Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of client's programmatic media campaigns, including planning, setup, and optimization, as well as post-campaign analysis and billing.

You will work closely with our commercial, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client KPIs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end campaign execution of client's programmatic media campaigns via Display, Video, OOH, and Native.
  • Ensure campaigns are completed in full against campaign budgets and troubleshoot any delivery issues.
  • Provide timely and insightful reporting updates to clients on campaign performance, including optimisations and recommendations.
  • Create post-campaign reporting – identifying campaign trends and recommendations for running future activity with FunnelFuel.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure campaigns are set up to meet client KPIs and goals.
  • Create bespoke ABM data segments to meet our advertisers' targeting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Good Excel skills, familiarity with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • An interest in data and analytics.
  • A thirst for learning in the form of programmatic across Display, Video, OOH, and Native.
  • Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Digital campaign experience.
  • A self-starter and curious.
  • A degree in data, marketing, or mathematics.
  • Able to build relationships inside and out of the company.
