Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service Driver to join our team at Inchcape Retail - Part of Group 1 Automotive. As a Service Driver, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our customer drop-off tunnel and collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver customer vehicles on time, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote our aftersales and sales departments to create additional sales opportunities.
  • Determine with service advisors and managers which customer vehicles require collection.
  • Greet customers upon meeting for collection of vehicles and ensure a positive experience.
  • Check vehicles with customers and complete damage reports.
  • Ensure customer approval and signatures on repair orders.
  • Ensure customer payment methods are agreed and captured.

Requirements

  • A full UK driving license.
  • Incredible customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A friendly and approachable persona.
  • Excellent communication skills.
