About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our driving team as a Mail Delivery Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and delivering mail and parcels from major customers, Post Offices, and Mail Centres
  • Loading and unloading mail from vans and sorting it into correct onward distribution
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet delivery targets and deadlines
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

About You

We are looking for someone who is upbeat, self-motivated, and has a strong sense of community. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. A full UK manual driving licence and a clean driving record are essential for this role.

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Less than 6 penalty points
  • Periodic Driver Certificate of Professional Competence qualification (CPC) and a valid Drivers Qualification Card (DQC)
  • 35 hours training and a Digital Tachograph Card
