Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Industry Trainee. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business managers and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks to support business managers
- Upload client data, follow up on leads, and raise quotes as needed
- Liaise with operations team to coordinate resources and troubleshoot issues
- Collect client feedback and testimonials
- Provide support to multiple business managers and record, maintain, and manage records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is highly advantageous
- Desirable knowledge of Moveman software (training provided)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- First-rate customer service skills
- Good IT skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
