Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Industry Trainee. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business managers and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks to support business managers
  • Upload client data, follow up on leads, and raise quotes as needed
  • Liaise with operations team to coordinate resources and troubleshoot issues
  • Collect client feedback and testimonials
  • Provide support to multiple business managers and record, maintain, and manage records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is highly advantageous
  • Desirable knowledge of Moveman software (training provided)
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • First-rate customer service skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
