About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team in the Northern region. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the development of our residential projects in West Kirby, Wirral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Site Manager in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trades, and material coordination.
  • Support the Site Manager in ensuring that all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
  • Assist in managing site presentation, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives.
Requirements
  • Relevant previous site experience in building residential apartments and new homes.
  • Qualified First Aider at Work and holding a CSCS Card.
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
