Position Overview
This role encompasses working throughout the South Devon Health Community in various clinical environments, including inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, intermediate care settings, and community facilities.
The primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional Physiotherapy services to a diverse patient population, including general musculoskeletal outpatients, trauma and orthopaedic inpatients, medical and surgical cases, neurology, elderly care, community rehabilitation, and specialized rehabilitation services, including critical care units.
You will also be expected to step in for senior staff during their absence, overseeing the allocation and organization of tasks for assistant and support personnel to ensure daily priorities are met.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy. Current HCPC registration. Recent evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) maintained in a portfolio, including attendance at relevant postgraduate courses.Knowledge and Experience
Essential
Proven experience in core clinical areas of physiotherapy within an NHS context, including respiratory, musculoskeletal, acute inpatient, elderly care, trauma and orthopaedics, community or intermediate care, and neurological conditions.Desirable
Postgraduate experience in a physiotherapy-related field.
