Job Title: Unqualified Business Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Unqualified Business Teacher to join our team at GSL Education. As an Unqualified Business Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality educational support to students in a business curriculum.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to understand the specific needs of students.
  • Implement and adapt business lesson plans to support individual learning requirements.
  • Provide one-on-one and group assistance to students during classroom activities and lessons.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement.
  • Assist in the implementation of behaviour management strategies tailored to students' needs.
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure a holistic support system.
  • Support the overall positive and inclusive atmosphere of the school.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an educational setting, especially in providing support to students in business studies, is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting individual student success.
  • Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
  • Must have a QTS.
