Job Title: Unqualified Business Teacher

As a dedicated Business Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing educational support to students in a business curriculum. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing engaging and effective business lessons that address the unique needs of the students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to understand the specific needs of the students.
  • Implement and adapt business lesson plans to support the students' individual learning requirements.
  • Provide one-on-one and group assistance to students during classroom activities and lessons.
  • Foster positive relationships with the students, promoting their well-being and engagement.
  • Assist in the implementation of behaviour management strategies tailored to the students' needs.
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure a holistic support system.
  • Support the overall positive and inclusive atmosphere of the school.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an educational setting, especially in providing support to students in business studies, is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting individual student success.
  • Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
  • Must have a QTS.
