Project Manager - Law Firm Operations

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in London. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering finance operations-focused technology and business change projects within a law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including fee earners, business services teams, and external suppliers, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide project status reports, exception reports, and options papers to stakeholders.
  • Utilize industry-standard methodologies, such as Prince2 and Agile, to deliver projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within a law firm or professional services organization.
  • Prince2, APM, or other recognized project management qualifications/experience.
  • Strong experience and understanding of delivery methodologies across Waterfall to Agile.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
