About the Role:

Piper Maddox is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Site Engineer to join our team and take on site responsibility for our latest solar plant in the UK. As a key member of our construction team, you will lead and support mechanical engineering activities on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership on mechanical engineering matters, ensuring compliance with design, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our headquarters to review and optimize mechanical drawings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Site Surveys: Conduct thorough site surveys to identify potential issues and ensure quality checks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet design, safety, and quality standards, and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that may arise.
