As a Transportation Programme Manager, you will strategize, execute, and refine initiatives to ensure seamless operations. Collaborating closely with Amazon colleagues, you will share insights and work on innovative projects. You will lead the development of new initiatives, assist your teams in achieving their goals, and consistently pursue data-driven enhancements. Your contributions will be vital to your team's success.
About the Team:Become a part of the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team, a diverse group that is essential to Amazon's success. Engaging with various transportation modalities and advanced technology, you will enhance Amazon's logistics operations. The team emphasizes data-driven decision-making to foster innovation and efficiency while maintaining a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with customer-facing responsibilities
- Proficient in utilizing data to guide business decisions
- Experience managing intricate projects with varied stakeholders
- Competence in MS Office suite and/or SQL
- Advanced or Master's degree
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2, APM, or PMI
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean
- Background in operational or technical teams
- Knowledge of IT software/hardware
- Understanding of HGV Fleet equipment
- Experience in recruitment processes
