Job Title: Logistics Analyst

At 911 Staffing Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Logistics Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in analyzing processes, inventory control, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data gathering and analysis for projects and customer requests
  • Converting data into presentable material for management and external parties
  • Leading warehouse improvement projects and ad-hoc initiatives
  • Coaching colleagues in process improvement skills
  • Maintaining operational performance management tools and their operational manuals

You will provide advice and instructions to departments to prevent irregularities in processes. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality of internal and external reports.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently within project scope
  • Demonstrable affinity with warehousing and project/coaching activities
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems is an advantage
  • People skills and logistics knowledge are equally important
  • Ability to identify continual improvement opportunities
  • Experience in writing Standard Operating Procedures and process maps
