Job Summary

Spinwell is seeking a highly skilled Senior Portfolio Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading reporting from programmes and projects, providing analysis, insight, and recommendations for improved portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development of predictive analytics to optimize project performance, utilizing programmatic data to drive informed decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with PMO Service Leads to communicate and build commitment to a shared vision and sense of purpose, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  3. Monitor portfolio risks (threats and opportunities) and escalate as necessary, ensuring proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.
  4. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, internal and external, through effective written and verbal communication.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of one year of experience with Power BI development, with a strong understanding of data visualization and business intelligence.
  2. Knowledge of SharePoint lists, including creation, manipulation, and integration with other systems.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
