About the Role

Fawkes & Reece West Midlands is seeking a talented Apprentice Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a leading Tier 1 Contractor, they work on projects for both public and private sector clients, delivering schemes up to 200m in value across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the management of commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  2. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement quantity surveying strategies.
  3. Oversee junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  4. Contribute to the development of project proposals, tender documents, and contract administration.
  5. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Experience working on commercial projects, preferably in the education or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficient in quantity surveying software and tools.
  • UK Driving License.
