About the Role

Our client, a leading Tier 1 Contractor, is seeking a talented Apprentice Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and a passion for working on high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and estimates for commercial projects.
  2. Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate measurement and valuation of construction work.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Contribute to the development of project budgets and schedules.
  5. Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software.
