Senior Property Manager

Centrick, an award-winning property management company, is seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Estate Management Team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of developments in Southampton and South West. Your time will be split between working from home, in the office, and across allocated sites, where you'll manage the full lifecycle of buildings.
You'll set initial yearly budgets, agree year-end accounts, and manage all major works, including coordinating contractors. Additionally, you will conduct regular site inspections and ensure that all properties comply with health and safety regulations.
We're looking for an individual with experience in a similar property management role and the ability to form excellent professional relationships. Property is a fast-paced sector, so we need a person who can work quickly and accurately on our IT systems, with excellent spelling and grammar.
