About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Estate Management Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of developments in Southampton and South West.

You will manage the full lifecycle of buildings, setting initial yearly budgets, agreeing year-end accounts, and managing all major works, including coordinating contractors.

With an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service, you will manage all resident and client enquiries, provide excellent client stewardship, and attend resident meetings.

You will also conduct regular site inspections and ensure that all properties comply with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of developments in Southampton and South West
  • Set initial yearly budgets and agree year-end accounts
  • Manage all major works, including coordinating contractors
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and clients
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

You should have experience in a similar property management role and be able to form excellent professional relationships.

An IRPM qualification is ideal, but not essential.
