About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and organized Senior Engineer or Site Agent to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Earthworks project. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Writing and updating daily records and RAMS
  • Liaising with clients and consultants
  • Managing health and safety on site
  • Ordering plant and materials
  • Supervising and monitoring site labor and subcontractors
  • Resolving technical difficulties and other site issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Earthworks or a related field
  • A valid CSCS card
  • First aid certification
  • SMSTS, SSSTS, or IOSH certification
  • Excellent record-keeping skills and computer literacy
  • A valid UK driving license
