Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate the work of site staff, including laborers, tradespeople, and contractors
* Plan and schedule work to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays
* Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site-specific policies
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet design and quality standards

Qualifications and Experience:

* A minimum of 4 GCSEs grades A-C (9-4) and a minimum of 2 A Levels or BTEC equivalent
* A Level 3 qualification in Construction and the Built Environment or a related subject
* Experience in a construction-related role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity

Salary and Benefits:

* Assistants/trainee site managers can earn £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
* Trained site managers with some experience can earn £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
* Senior or chartered site managers can earn £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
