Job Title: MET Technician

Location: Thurrock, RM20

Salary: Up to £45,000 and OTE of Up to £50-£65k

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week - No Weekends

We are seeking a highly skilled MET Technician to join our client's highly efficient and professional body shop team. As a MET Technician, you will be responsible for dismantling and reassembling damaged vehicles in accordance with the repair estimate, while following and checking methods and procedures as issued on every job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles in accordance with the repair estimate
  • Follow and check methods and procedures as issued on every job
  • Ensure all Safety related items and materials are within the used by dates and are fit for purpose
  • Report any deviations to the estimate or methods issued to the estimator immediately

Requirements:

  • ATA qualified in the motor vehicle refinishing trade
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
