Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Property team, you will be responsible for advising on secured lending matters, handling general sales and purchases of commercial property, estate development, and leases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on secured lending matters, including drafting and reviewing loan agreements, security documents, and other related documents.
  • Handle general sales and purchases of commercial property, including negotiating and drafting contracts, and advising on due diligence.
  • Assist with estate development and leases, including advising on planning and development issues, and drafting and reviewing lease agreements.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience handling commercial property matters.
  • Experience handling secured lending matters would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong academic background and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage a varied caseload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
