Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team based in Wilmslow, Cheshire East.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years PQE in Commercial property and will be responsible for providing bespoke legal advice for our clients, undertaking all aspects of commercial property work, building and maintaining client relationships, contributing towards business development, and maintaining the firm's core values: Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing legal advice for clients on commercial property transactions
  2. Undertaking all aspects of commercial property work, including drafting sale contracts, commercial leases, legal charges, overage agreements, collaboration agreements, and promotion agreements
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  4. Contributing towards business development and growth
  5. Maintaining the firm's core values

Essential Skills
  1. Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Commercial property
  2. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  3. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  4. Good communication skills, both written and oral
  5. The ability to manage and progress a caseload and offer pragmatic advice
  6. The ability to work as part of a team and independently
