The Front Door Team is a vital service within Adult Social Care, providing a first point of contact for residents and professionals who need advice and support from a range of services, agencies or community offers. We work closely with partners such as healthcare providers, local authorities, and community organizations to ensure people receive a timely and appropriate response to their enquiry.

Key Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist in our Front Door Team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting assessments and providing support to residents to maximize their strengths, wellbeing and independence
- Working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective service delivery
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless service provision
- Providing expert advice and guidance to residents, families, and professionals
