About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Develop and execute effective recruitment plans to meet business objectives, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top candidates.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and industry developments to drive innovation and improvement in our recruitment processes.
  • Utilize Recruitment Tools and Systems: Effectively use ATS/HRIS systems, pre-employment screening tools, and other recruitment software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide Excellent Candidate Experiences: Deliver exceptional candidate experiences through clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional approach to ensure a positive reputation for Reed.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in HR or a business-related subject.
  • Recruitment Experience: Proven track record in in-house, RPO, or consultancy recruitment, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with ATS/HRIS systems, pre-employment screening, and other recruitment software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of industry changes and developments impacting recruitment, including market trends and insights.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills to use data for decision-making and tracking progress, with excellent communication skills, including writing and presentation.
  • Results-Driven Approach: A results-driven, proactive approach to recruitment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding business objectives.
