We are seeking a skilled Local Marketing Executive to join our team at The Orders of St John Care Trust. This role will provide a range of support, materials, and in-person activity to plan and deliver local marketing activity across our care homes in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, and Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement local marketing plans to deliver against agreed targets and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and attend local networking opportunities to engage with key stakeholders and develop relationships to build referral opportunities.
- SOURCE AND DEVELOP EFFECTIVE LOCAL MARKETING LISTS, TOOLS, KITS, TEMPLATES, AND COLLATERAL FOR USE WITH STAKEHOLDERS.
- Develop and manage local marketing tools and collateral for use by Home Managers.
- Contribute to the broader marketing plans, social media, and digital plans based on well-informed on-the-ground experience.
- Actively contribute to social media activity, creating impactful and relevant content and sharing this to support stakeholder engagement work.
- Monitor and report on the number of referrals coming through different stakeholder groups to inform future activity, marketing investment, and ROI.
- Develop and manage community and stakeholder outreach events.
- Develop relationships with key local media to encourage earned coverage to grow awareness and positive reputation.
- Establish the homes' individual unique selling points in relation to their competitive environment and positioning within the local marketplace.
- Support and train key individuals in the home how to identify and best engage with different stakeholder groups, providing essential information to create informed best first impressions.
- Liaise closely with the homes and the central marketing team to ensure other multi-channel marketing and public relations activity fully support the needs of the homes.
- Support homes in providing exceptional customer experience for all prospective residents.
- Organise and manage events both inside and outside of the home to build awareness and relationships with local stakeholder groups.
- Work closely with central marketing and communications teams to ensure brand integrity is upheld to achieve company marketing objectives and goals.
We operate a hybrid working policy where you must spend a minimum of 2-3 days in the office or one of our care homes and the remaining time can be worked from home. As a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, you can expect benefits such as:
