Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the RMX Distribution Manager, the Logistics Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of commercial vehicles managed by third-party transport providers.

The primary duties of the Logistics Coordinator include:

  • Interacting with clients to gather and process concrete orders
  • Coordinating delivery schedules to align with client expectations and securely handling payment transactions
  • Collaborating with the distribution team and broader transport unit to ensure a cost-efficient, sustainable, and customer-centric transport service
  • Partnering with Logistics and Production Managers to develop medium to long-term strategies that meet demand and surpass projected volumes
  • This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule with a rotating shift pattern, including occasional Saturday mornings as needed.

The Ideal Candidate
The perfect candidate for the Logistics Coordinator role will have experience in a similar field, providing support to a larger team.

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Experience in customer service or logistics/route planning within an office setting
  • A strong drive to succeed and a proven track record of contributing positively to a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft IT applications (experience with SAP and CRM systems is advantageous)
