We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager specializing in Social Housing for an ongoing Decarbonization initiative involving occupied residential properties. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee roofing and insulation tasks
  • Manage window and door replacements
  • Coordinate External Wall Insulation (EWI) works
  • Review and assess Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Organize and conduct site inductions
  • Perform regular site inspections
  • Supervise both direct and subcontracted labor
  • Provide updates to the project manager

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses SMSTS certification
  • Holds a valid First Aid Awareness qualification
  • Has completed training in Manual Handling, Working at Heights, and Asbestos Awareness (online courses acceptable)
  • Brings experience in Decarbonization and EWI projects
