As a trainer with CBAT - Care Business Associate Training, you will have the opportunity to deliver courses for the childcare sector, working with a variety of settings such as mental health, children's care homes, education settings, fostering services, and youth offending services.
Our company is one of the UK's leading care training providers, working with some of the largest organisations in the sector, including The Priory Group, Aspris, Potens, Caritas Care, Hopscotch, and local authorities. We pride ourselves on being client-focused and are looking for strong, passionate trainers who will play a pivotal role in delivering and assessing our training courses to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver training courses for the childcare sector
- Assess training courses to the required standard
- Work with a variety of settings, including mental health, children's care homes, education settings, fostering services, and youth offending services
- 2+ years of teaching experience with children and young people
- Training/teaching qualification (e.g. Cert-Ed, Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTTLS, CTTLS)
- Experience in the field of Health and Social Care
- DBS check and relevant insurances in place
- Driving licence and use of own vehicle
- Experience of delivering virtual and face-to-face training
- 2 years of training experience (preferred)
- Health and Social Care experience (preferred)
- Driving licence (preferred)
