About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Fenwick. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of our restaurant team, including coaching, developing, and motivating staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively, meeting our high standards for customer service, food quality, and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with our restaurant manager to achieve business objectives, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure that our restaurant operates within budget.
