Car Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Manager to join our team at a busy main dealer in Shirley.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure they reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and handle conflicting demands. They will be passionate about success and achieving their objectives, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction through effective leadership and team management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service at all times, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Liaise with the manufacturer to achieve volume, CSI, and other aspirations.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle conflicting demands.
  • Passionate about success and achieving objectives.
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Full and valid UK driving licence.

Basic Salary and details of any bonuses:
£40k basic plus £25k bonus to 100% of budget plus overachievement.

Hours of work:
Monday to Saturday 8.30 am to 6pm (5 on a sat) – day off each week.
