We are looking for a driven individual who possesses the ability to innovate and think creatively, eager to embrace the challenges and opportunities of enhancing excellence in a premier warehousing and distribution setting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fellow Incentive Coordinators to maintain incentive programs in warehousing and distribution
  • Assist in ensuring timely resolution of queries (including any back pay or owed amounts) to facilitate accurate bonus payments
  • Support the production of precise manpower planning figures by updating Standard Minute Values (SMVs) within Bonus data files
  • Manage weekly Bonus data files and lead end-of-month payroll activities
  • Ensure all relevant Finance, Management Information (MI), and Intranet files are updated accurately and promptly
  • Adopt a flexible and sensible approach to Health and Safety
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring standards are upheld at all times
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with the broader department, Warehouse Workforce, and Management
  • Engage in various projects across the business or undertake additional duties as required

Candidate Profile:

Essential:

  • Strong numerical skills
  • Effective oral and written communication abilities
  • Confidence to take initiative when working independently or as part of a team, often under strict weekly deadlines
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications

Desirable:

  • Experience in warehousing or distribution
  • Familiarity with operatives' bonus and productivity-related incentive programs, either in NEXT Distribution or a comparable environment
