Main Responsibilities

  • Assist solicitors with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing client communications.
  • Maintain accurate and organised legal files
  • Arrange appointments, book meeting rooms, and coordinate the solicitor's calendar.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, redirecting as necessary and ensuring timely responses.
  • Provide general administrative support to the commercial property department, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

About You

  • You will be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and other relevant packages.
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary is essential.
  • You must possess a high level of organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
