Job Purpose
As a vital member of the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team, your role will be to fulfill the organization's staffing requirements. This encompasses the creation and execution of effective recruitment strategies, overseeing the hiring process, and ensuring the organization attracts and secures top-tier legal and business services professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to senior management and their teams, developing a comprehensive understanding of business needs and related staffing requirements.
- Oversee the complete hiring process for positions at all levels, including consultations with hiring managers, candidate sourcing and screening, and interview coordination to facilitate the successful recruitment of high-quality candidates.
- Assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey by providing timely updates and guidance on internal policies and best practices in selection techniques.
- Identify both active and passive candidates through various talent acquisition channels, including job advertisements, online job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases, recruitment agencies, and other resources.
- Enhance and promote a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through appropriate channels that accurately reflect the organization's culture, values, and opportunities.
- Regularly update and maintain the recruitment section of the company website, ensuring it accurately displays current job openings, the EVP, and the organization's culture and values.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates and applicants, providing them with an exceptional experience that aligns with the organization's values and employer value proposition.
- Lead and support the talent acquisition and broader HR team in various recruitment initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate internally with other Talent Acquisition and HR team members to share insights, best practices, and propose initiatives aimed at enhancing candidate attraction and hiring policies and processes.
- Continuously assess recruitment processes to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance.
- Develop, manage, and present recruitment activity reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management and hiring managers.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency or in-house setting (experience in the legal sector is advantageous but not mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition platforms and HR/recruitment data analysis.
- Advanced understanding of selection methodologies.
- Knowledge of employment law, data protection, and recruitment best practices.
- Dedicated to ongoing learning and professional development.
