At Norit Activated Carbon, we are excited to introduce a new opportunity for a JDE EnterpriseOne Logistics and Distribution Functional Lead. This role is pivotal in enhancing our system capabilities, optimizing processes, and driving overall organizational performance. You will oversee critical modules such as Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Procurement, Subcontract Management, Supplier Forecasting, Advanced Warehouse Management, and CSMS. Familiarity with Finance modules like AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets is highly desirable.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and implement JDE-related solutions aimed at improving stability, usability, and functionality to help end users achieve their business goals.
- Collaborate with other functional areas and external system integrators to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
- Gather and document business requirements, mapping them to the EnterpriseOne system, while outlining current and future processes.
- Support users by leveraging capabilities such as Intercompany Order Processing, Return Material Authorization, EDI order processing, Advanced Pricing, and Warehousing & Transportation Processing.
- Lead initiatives to expand and optimize the utilization of the JDE EnterpriseOne solution across the organization.
- Translate business process designs into effective JDE EnterpriseOne solutions.
- Develop business cases for new initiatives, presenting findings to senior management.
- Drive continuous process improvements while ensuring compliance with standards and governance.
- Oversee the ERP delivery of Supply Chain Applications and integrations using Orchestrator.
- Review and approve design changes proposed by outsourced providers to address incident or enhancement tickets related to JDE.
- Provide JDE expertise during acquisition or divestiture activities.
- Deliver functional support at both 2nd and 3rd levels, collaborating with users and vendors.
What You Bring:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- JDE EnterpriseOne certifications in distribution and/or finance modules.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP) is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience with JDE in relevant modules.
- Extensive experience with EnterpriseOne 9.2.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices in Distribution, Logistics, and Finance.
- Experience with a Global Delivery Model (Onsite/Offshore).
- Proven experience supporting users globally.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in updating, maintaining, and documenting JDE configurations and functional specifications.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with MS Power BI, data warehousing, and Salesforce is beneficial.
- Experience working on projects across other JDE modules is a plus.
