Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or be willing to achieve this within the required timeframe.
  • Be motivated by the opportunity to make a positive difference in young people's lives.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding and protection of vulnerable children and young people.
  • Be flexible to commit to sleep-ins and shift work, including weekends and bank holidays.
