Our Immigration Department:

Our immigration team is renowned for its extensive experience in asylum claims, human rights violations, and complex appeal cases. With over 160 specialist immigration lawyers nationwide, we bring the highest level of expertise to all immigration matters.

Main Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Assist with casework, including dealing with a range of immigration matters and undertaking advocacy
  • Attend clients, take instructions, and prepare cases
  • Deal with correspondence and prepare funding applications to the Legal Aid Agency
  • Prepare draft documents, including witness statements and process evidence
  • Prepare applications to meet Home Office requirements
  • Attend conferences and court
  • Maintain accurate time costing procedures

Key Skills Required:

  • Demonstrate passion and experience in immigration law
  • Strong academic background with a law degree
  • Legal experience as an immigration paralegal or senior caseworker
  • Clear understanding and application of immigration laws
  • Business acumen and ability to market the company
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Committed team player, self-motivated, and professional
