**Job Summary**

At Nuffield Health, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swim Coach to join our team at Cottingley Manor Fitness and Wellbeing Club. As a Swim Coach, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers, promoting memberships, and working collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, utilizing your expertise to meet the individual needs of our customers.
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching programs.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our Fitness and Wellbeing Club by providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive, engaging atmosphere.

**Requirements:**

  • ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification in swimming instruction.
  • Proven track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
