Swim Instructor Role Overview
Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Cottingley Manor Fitness and Wellbeing Club. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, utilizing your coaching skills to meet the needs of our customers.
- Be a positive role model, promoting a fun and engaging approach to swimming instruction.
- Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programs.
Requirements:
- ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification in swimming instruction.
- Experience in coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
