Business Development Manager

Garo Electric Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including wholesalers, contractors, and end-users.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including developing leads and closing sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Provide expert technical support and advice to customers on electrical distribution and EV products.
- Manage incoming inquiries and provide customers with accurate pricing and quotations.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical products and equipment, with the ability to effectively communicate technical details to customers.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently to achieve success.
- Proactive and organized, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage time wisely.
- Computer proficiency, with experience using software packages such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
