Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Brook Street. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal clients, ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance and providing expert tax advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal clients, including entrepreneurial private companies and subsidiaries of large groups.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and needs are met.
  • Tax Advisory Work: Provide expert tax advice on client portfolios and address ad hoc queries.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery and manage a team of Tax Assistants and Seniors.
  • Flexible Working: This role can be either full-time or part-time with hybrid working options available.
Requirements
  • Personal Tax Experience: Proven experience in dealing with personal tax compliance and advisory matters across a range of clients.
  • Corporate Tax Experience: Demonstrated experience in handling corporate tax compliance and advisory matters for a variety of clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to provide accurate and insightful advice.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
