About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Lerwick area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of iconic brands, ensuring that products and promotions are displayed effectively and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety procedures.
  • Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
Requirements
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
