About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Lerwick area. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup of fixtures, attractive product displays, and well-stocked shelves in a range of high street retailers on behalf of iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.
Requirements
  • Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus.
