IT Trainer Opportunity

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a skilled IT Trainer to join our team. As an IT Trainer, you will play a vital role in identifying skills gaps and developing curriculums to increase knowledge amongst users.

The successful candidate will work in a small team, delivering a variety of training methods, including workshops, webinars, and hands-on training. This is a hybrid role, with a 50% split between home and office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver technical training sessions
  • Develop and maintain training materials
  • Collaborate with team members to identify training needs
  • Deliver training sessions in a variety of formats, including online and offline

Requirements:

  • Experience running technical demonstrations and IT training sessions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest and curiosity for technology and its applications
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and MS Teams
