The Opportunity:

This newly created role is based at our London head office. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Accountant to join our team.

  • Perform group consolidation and produce consolidated financial statements at year-end.
  • Prepare subsidiary financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Assist with interim reporting.
  • Manage external auditors to ensure a smooth year-end audit process.
  • Provide expert technical advice on changes in accounting rules under IFRS.
  • Assist in developing the regulatory reporting framework and work with the risk department on ICARA.
  • Participate in key finance projects such as acquisitions, system enhancements, and adoption of new standards.
  • Assist the CFO and Financial Controller with month-end management accounts.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Reporting Accountant with a strong understanding of accounting principles and IFRS reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and excellent technical skills.
