**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Adult Mental Health Service. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide clinical leadership and expertise in adult mental health services
* Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs
* Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

**Requirements**

* Eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST
* Experience in adult mental health services
