About the Role:
Care Support Workers are the backbone of our care services, providing essential support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Support Worker with City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Help clients with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
- Follow individual care plans to ensure clients receive the best possible care
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
