We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Administrator to join our team at INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL GROUP HOLDINGS LTD. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering calls related to new quotes for insurance/renewal or cancellations of existing policies, and assisting with proposed changes to policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our members via phone and written communications
  • Process payments over the phone for agreed quotes, ensuring maximum security of card information
  • Assist with authorized changes to policies, passing on complex requests for additional approval
  • Stay up-to-date with products available from our clients and provide expert advice to members
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong customer service skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to the needs of the team
  • Previous customer service, call centre, or administration experience preferred
