As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering calls related to new quotes for insurance/renewal or cancellations of existing policies, and assisting with proposed changes to policies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to our members via phone and written communications
- Process payments over the phone for agreed quotes, ensuring maximum security of card information
- Assist with authorized changes to policies, passing on complex requests for additional approval
- Stay up-to-date with products available from our clients and provide expert advice to members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong customer service skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to the needs of the team
- Previous customer service, call centre, or administration experience preferred
- Competitive salary of £23,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience)
