About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Specialist to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing engineering projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Prepare engineering designs and technical drawings using CAD software.
  • Analyze project feasibility, risks, and cost estimates.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and quality control measures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during projects.
  • Complete project documentation, reports, and evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with CAD software and other technical design tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
  • Team player with strong leadership qualities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
