Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Escort to join our team at Hays Careers. As a Security Escort, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of contractors and visitors on site.
Main Responsibilities:
- Escort maintenance contractors onto site, checking vehicles and searching all trades people
- Check in and out tools and ensure all visitors adhere to health and safety policies
- Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of contractors, escorting them around the establishment
- Work closely with senior staff to ensure smooth site operations
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and ability to follow strict procedures
- Initiative to notify senior staff of any problems or concerns
- Enhanced security clearance required, with photo ID such as a valid passport or photo card driving licence
- Full training provided, but prior experience of security, using radios and handling multiple keys for one site is beneficial
