Pertemps Professional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Children's Social Worker Team Manager to join our team in the West Midlands.
This is a contract role for a Duty & Assessment Team in Warwickshire, offering a competitive pay rate of £40+ per hour.
As a Children's Social Worker Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of social workers in a Duty & Assessment setting, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of social work practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of social workers in a Duty & Assessment setting
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve social work practices
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
